Mindset Starter Cards give you ready-to-use prompts that open those moments. Draw a card, spend 5–10 minutes on it, and get back to work with a team that knows each other a little better than it did yesterday.

Every card is grounded in one of the 7 Mindsets — Everything Is Possible, Passion First, We Are Connected, 100% Accountable, Attitude of Gratitude, Live to Give, and The Time Is Now — and comes in one of three formats: Team Discussion, Challenge, and Self- Reflection.
